Elements Showcase

Murray Hill Residence

The client, a celebrity couple with two young boys, had a 4,146 square feet condo with a wraparound terrace and commanding views of the Hudson River. They wanted a space that was clean and minimal yet warm and inviting.

A hospitality executive purchased a classic New York City townhouse and wanted to convert it into a place that better reflected his needs and personality.

This townhouse re-design included the addition of a penthouse on the roof, that had to comply with stringent LPC sightline regulations. The rear façade was entirely redone to accommodate much larger windows.
