The Connective Project

Salt Point

Suchi Reddy designed in collaboration with artist Ai Weiwei, this 2000 square foot addition to an existing home was conceived as a hexagonal extrusion that is a counterpoint to the hexagonal plan of the pavilions of the existing house.

A hospitality executive purchased a classic New York City townhouse and wanted to convert it into a place that better reflected his needs and personality.

This townhouse re-design included the addition of a penthouse on the roof, that had to comply with stringent LPC sightline regulations. The rear façade was entirely redone to accommodate much larger windows.
